The Kiwanis Club of Eastern St. Andrew is the second all female club in Kingston, Jamaica. It was organized on December 6, 1994 and Chartered on February 23, 1995 with a membership of 54 ladies under the sponsorship of the Kiwanis Clubs of New Kingston the first all-female Kiwanis Club in Jamaica and Eastern Kingston and Port Royal, a male club. We have a membership of approximately 82 women from diverse backgrounds, volunteering primarily in communities such as Gordon Town, Papine, Guava Ridge, Maryland, Content Gap, Constitution Hill, Mavis Bank and Irish Town.

Our Kiwanis Club number is K14630 and we are a part of Division 23 East in the Kiwanis District of Eastern Canada and the Caribbean. Our first meeting place was at the Terra Nova Hotel and we now reside at the Altamont Court Hotel, 1 Altamont Terrace, New Kingston, Jamaica. The Kiwanis Club of Eastern St. Andrew continues to strive to uphold the Kiwanis International motto “Serving the Children of the World” by assisting the community to develop responsible men and women, to build stronger and healthier communities, and to develop good parenting skills.
